Our Story

From bondage to freedom.

No Record Found began with a single conviction: there is no life too broken for God to restore. What started as a heart for those in recovery and facing incarceration has grown into a broader movement, offering Bible teaching, mentorship, and community partnerships centered on healing and transformation.

We serve because we have lived it. Our founders know first-hand the weight of addiction and shame, and the freedom found only in Jesus Christ. That is the hope we carry into every prison, recovery center, and community we enter.

Our Name
“When we come to Jesus, our past is wiped clean. The record of our sin is gone. Heaven’s verdict is: No Record Found.”
Our Founders

Tyler & Racheal Zupcic.

Tyler and Racheal Zupcic at Fenway Park

Founders, Myrtle Beach, SC

Racheal grew up in a dysfunctional household, the kind of environment that makes finding stable ground nearly impossible. Over time that instability gave way to a decade-long addiction to methamphetamine, which eventually led to incarceration. It was behind those walls that she encountered Jesus. What followed was not a program or a coping strategy. It was a full transformation, one that set her free and became the foundation of this ministry.

Tyler arrived in Myrtle Beach in 2023 battling alcoholism. After an unsuccessful attempt at rehab, he walked into church and met Racheal. She ministered to him through his recovery, showing him patience, hope, and grace without expecting anything in return. That love broke the cycle.

Today Tyler and Racheal are married. Together they lead ministries focused on helping others transform their lives from the brokenness that has shaped them, and pointing them to the freedom that is only found in Jesus Christ.

“The fingerprints of God are evident all over our lives.”
